Delivery & Returns

We deliver to all EU countries, and over 100 countries worldwide. However, exceptions for some shipping destinations may apply. If for some reason we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified within 48 hours (weekends NOT included) after placing your order.

All parcels will need to be 'signed for' on delivery so please ensure there will be someone present at the delivery address to receive the goods and provide a signature.

All non Swiss orders are exclusive of VAT, which is automatically deducted at checkout. Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Any orders placed from outside the EU may incur import duty and taxes. These may be levied once the goods reach your country. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding delivery charges) on all parcels to be delivered outside the EU. For more information on customs charges please contact your customs authorities. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse any customs fees charged.

If upon receipt of your delivery you are unhappy with your purchase you have the option to return the order, or separate items in your order, within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us prior to making a return.

In order to make a return, all goods you would like to return must be unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels still attached. Once we have received the item(s) a refund or credit note will be issued.

If the goods are not what you ordered or they are faulty, please contact us to organise a return at our expense. Please inform us immediately or within 14 days of receipt.

Please make sure that you obtain proof of posting as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item and we reserve the right to charge you for any such lost or damaged item.
